Mr. Robbinson concentrates his practice on representing businesses and non-profit entities in labor & employment law, corporate and general business work –including business transactions — sales and acquisitions, contract formation and negotiation, regulatory and licensing support, policy review and development, supervisor training, and employee claims investigation and defense, including wage & hour, age discrimination and EEOC claims. Having served in a number of executive and noted professional capacities throughout his career, he served most recently as President and CEO of Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company, and as General Counsel for CoAdvantage Holdings, Inc., an industry leading national employment services and technologies company. Bill Robbinson has an AV rating, the highest rating for legal practice skills and professional conduct from the industry standard for peer review and recognition, Martindale-Hubbell. Robbinson is also certified as a Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He holds his J.D. from University of Florida (1987) and his undergraduate degree from Furman University (1984.) In addition to his professional activities, Robbinson has served as counsel, advisor and/or board member for numerous charitable and community organizations, including The Coalition for the Homeless, The Destiny Foundation, Frontline Outreach, First Presbyterian Church of Orlando, Grace Church Orlando, The Edgewater Foundation and The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.
