Stephen B. Hatcher, President of the law firm of Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, P.A. (ZKS), recently was named Alumnus of the Year by Lifework Leadership. Lifework Leadership is a national Christian leadership program founded in Orlando by Ralph D. Veerman, of Veerman & Associates and Larry Kreider, President of The Gathering USA, Inc., with programs now established in Altanta, Cleveland, Jacksonville, New York City, South Florida and Tampa Bay. The core nine-month program and curriculum teaches participants Lifework Leadership principles by following the leadership journey of Jesus, interacting with prominent local leaders in a case study format, and learning from nationally recognized speakers.
Stephen B. Hatcher, a 1994 graduate of the Lifework Leadership program previously served a Secretary for the organization and has been instrumental in assisting with legal issues surrounding its growth into a national program. Hatcher has more than 30 years of experience practicing law in the areas of complex real estate and business transactions and sophisticated estate and tax planning. He holds an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation and has received the highest rating of “AV Preeminent” from Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, he has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including American Leading Attorney, Super Lawyer and Legal Elite. In addition, Hatcher is a Certified Christian Conciliator from the Institute for Christian Conciliation in association with Peacemaker Ministries.
