On June 9th, ZKS hosted our first in-person Executive Briefing in over a year. Our attorneys and guests gathered at the Dubsdread ballroom to enjoy lunch, networking, and an engaging panel discussion.

Our moderator, Zachary Daniel, led panelists in a discussion of the various corporate structure and estate planning options available to business owners and executive managers from their unique professional backgrounds. Topics included the corporate entity selection and maintenance process, tax and liability implications, ownership/equity makeup, capital structure, fiduciary responsibilities, preparing for a corporate sale or acquisition, regulatory and compliance considerations, and advanced estate planning concepts.
