The Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe Real Estate team recently closed a construction loan in excess of $45 million for our client, Brookstone Nona, LLC.
The loan allows Brookstone to start construction of a 360-unit Urbon at Audubon apartment complex in the Lake Nona area. This project will be the first to break ground at the Moss Park Corners mixed use development located along the south side of Dowden Road, just east of the Central Florida Greeneway. The project also includes construction of a northern extension of Moss Preserve Parkway that will provide an important link between Dowden Road and Moss Park Road to the south. This is the second Urbon upscale apartment community developed by Brookstone in the greater Orlando area. The first complex, completed in 2019, is located next to the Fashion Square Mall and featured a reconstruction of the Cady Way Trailhead.
Attorney Jack Grygiel served as lead transaction and financing counsel for the Urbon at Nona project. Attorney Scott Baker advised on land development real estate title matters, with support from paralegals Jessica Paparella and Roxanne King. The ZKS team congratulates Brookstone and the lending team at Synovus Bank for their efforts in finalizing this exciting deal.
