ZKS assisted Wendover Housing Partners with the development of the new Hawthorne Park apartments in Pine Hills.  Hawthorne Park is an apartment housing complex designed to provide affordable housing for people ages 55 and older.  The complex helps address affordable housing issues arising from the local rent crisis and brings new life into the surrounding neighborhood and businesses.

Jack Grygiel and Jessica Paparella handled the tax credit and equity work.  Dwayne Gray, Scott Baker, Matthew Petra, and Kim LaPorte worked on the real estate matters and construction loan, as well as resolved numerous site and development issues.  ZKS also acted as title agent on the Hawthorne Park project.
