Laura Sundberg and her co-panelist, Jonathan Butler, of Fidelis Capital, hosted a session at The Florida Bar’s Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference titled, “Name that tune: How to get the attorney and trustee harmonizing for the best interest of their clients.” 

They discussed the implementation of the probate and trust attorney’s fees statutes and the new Florida Ethics Rule regarding attorney’ duties to deal with client with Diminished Capacity, as well as Incentive Trusts and Letters of Wishes.
