Jessica Snyder is a Corporate Paralegal, working on transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, securities, entity formations, and trademark registrations. Jessica assists in drafting Operating Agreements and other complex legal documents, processing domestic and foreign registrations and businesses licenses, and transactional closings.

Jessica’s legal experience began at the University of Central Florida, where she gained specializations in Legal Studies and Political Science Pre-Law. Since then, Jessica has accumulated almost twenty years Paralegal experience in a transactional law setting. Even though Jessica’s work focuses on corporate law, she regularly pulls on her knowledge of estate planning and probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters to assist individuals and corporate clients.
