Devin Esposito practices in the Workers’ Compensation practice group at ZKS. As a workers’ compensation defense shareholder, Devin focuses on representing the interests of employers, carriers, and servicing agents in all aspects of Florida workers’ compensation cases.
Devin clerked with ZKS during the summer of 2015 and was hired by the firm upon graduation, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. As an active member of the Levin College of Law, he served as the President of the John Marshall Bar Association, the President of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Law Student Association, Co-Chair of the Class Gift Committee, and Commission Chair of the University of Florida Elections Commission. Devin also had the honor of serving as the teaching assistant for United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’s one-week constitutional law class, offered at the Levin College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree with Honors from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
