Rachel has been a Real Estate Legal Assistant in the Central Florida area for more than 18 years, and brings valuable experience to the ZKS Real Estate team. Rachel has experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She assists with Real Estate closing documents, title insurance, surveys and acts as a point of contact for clients, business partners and attorneys, proficiently balancing the needs of multiple parties. She is bilingual and is fluent in all areas of the Spanish language, deftly mediates as a translator at meetings and in telephone calls, and assists attorneys with incoming/outgoing emails along with the translation of Spanish documents.
In her spare time, Rachel is a dedicated volunteer in numerous charitable endeavors.
