Ariadna Perez Mendez is an Associate Attorney at ZKS Law, practicing personal injury defense. In her role, she supports clients through legal research, motion drafting, and trial preparation. Ariadna is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex claims while minimizing future legal risks.

Ariadna earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2024. During law school, she was an active contributor to the Journal of Law and Public Policy and served as a Research Assistant for Professor Lisa M. De Sanctis. Ariadna was also a Legal Writing Teacher’s Assistant and counseled students on their writing. These experiences strengthened her writing skills and fueled her passion for helping others.

Originally from Cuba, Ariadna moved to the U.S. at 11. As a Latina immigrant, she is dedicated to supporting the Latino community and leverages her fluency in Spanish to help clients feel more at ease during legal matters. 

Before law school, Ariadna graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her love for reading and her desire to make a meaningful impact led her to pursue a career in law, where diverse legal experiences—particularly her 2023 clerkship at ZKS—reinforced her focus on personal injury.

Before joining ZKS, Ariadna gained valuable experience during a clerkship with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she facilitated communication between clients and insurance adjusters, drafted demands, and assisted in negotiations. This role gave her foundational skills in managing legal claims and further shaped her approach to client advocacy.

Her summer 2023 clerkship at ZKS confirmed her dedication to personal injury. Working closely with seasoned attorneys and attending a trial offered her crucial insights into the strategic and impactful nature of trial work, further deepening her commitment to this field. 

Outside of work, Ariadna enjoys dancing, strength training, reading, and exploring trails in the Orlando area with her partner and dog. She finds joy in staying active and connecting with the outdoors.
