Andrew C. Meinking is part of the corporate practice group of Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, focusing on
transactional matters including commercial contracting, intellectual property, strategic business planning,
risk management, corporate formation, mergers, acquisitions, employment law and advising on other
general corporate and commercial activities.
Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Baker University in 2016 majoring in business
management, with a pre-law minor. He then received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Florida State
University College of Law, where he obtained the Business Law Certificate.
While attending Baker University, Andrew was a member of the men’s soccer team and was a Daktronic
Academic All-American. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers Division
