Briana attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a minor in Forensic Behavioral Health. Prior to joining ZKS, Briana gained valuable experience through internships with both the State Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office of the 18th Judicial Circuit and while working for a small personal injury and medical malpractice firm during her third year of law school. Briana’s passion for insurance defense litigation developed and flourished during her time serving as a Law Clerk, Paralegal, and later as an Associate at one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida, where she handled a variety of claims including first-party property and auto negligence matters. This diverse experience strengthened her litigation background and prepared her well for her current role at ZKS.
When she is not representing clients, Briana enjoys traveling with her husband, particularly exploring national parks throughout the United States, and spending time with her family and friends.
