The Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe Summer Clerk Program was established over twenty years ago as part of the ZKS commitment to developing and supporting the young legal community throughout the state of Florida. The ZKS Program employs law students for the summer following their 2L year and offers the opportunity for permanent employment to the most outstanding candidates. ZKS has a long tradition of hiring summer clerks who go on to become shareholders — eleven of our current shareholders started their careers in the ZKS summer clerk program.
