Andrew Meinking is Of Counsel in the corporate practice group at Zimmerman Kiser & Sutcliffe. His practice focuses on advising buyers and sellers in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, investments, securities transactions, and other complex business transactions. He has experience in representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of industries. Andrew also handles general corporate representations and governance matters for his clients.

Andrew graduated with from Baker University, and obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law.
