Andrew A. Carlson specializes in Workers’ Compensation Defense, representing employers and insurance carriers in all stages of workers’ compensation claims. He guides clients through each phase of litigation, from initial claim evaluation and benefit petitions to discovery, mediations, motion hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
Andrew brings extensive litigation experience, managing high-volume caseloads and handling matters in fast-paced legal environments. His background includes representing both defense clients and claimants in workers’ compensation and first-party property cases, enabling him to anticipate opposing arguments and develop strategic litigation plans tailored to client goals.
Clients appreciate Andrew’s practical and organized approach. With a master’s degree in business management and leadership, he understands the operational and financial realities employers face and works to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their interests.
Before entering the legal profession, Andrew spent nearly a decade with Walt Disney World in guest service management. That experience shaped his commitment to professionalism, communication, and responsiveness—qualities he carries into every client relationship.
Outside of his legal practice, Andrew enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He regularly works out, attends live music events, and enjoys traveling, boating, and fishing. A fan of country music and time on the water, he appreciates the balance these activities bring to his litigation practice.
