Bio

Erin Gray is a native of Orlando and has served in a number of executive and general counsel roles during her career, specifically within the financial services and private investment management industries.  Ms. Gray has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and concentrates her law practice in securities, corporate and general business work.  Her experience includes public and private company securities offerings, regulatory compliance and due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private credit lending, and commercial real estate and development transactions in sectors including seniors housing, office and medical office, multifamily, self storage, retail, restaurant, and hospitality. Ms. Gray also serves as an out-sourced general counsel for her clients representing them in corporate, employment, compliance, contracts and other general business matters.

In addition to her professional activities, Erin is an active board member and volunteer in several community not-for-profit organizations, including previously serving on Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando & Osceola County’s board of directors for a decade, including as its chair. Ms. Gray was recognized in 2016 as one of the Orlando Business Journal’s “40 under 40.”
