Jamie Brown is a Paralegal in the ZKS Corporate Department. Jamie assists in preparing and filing ancillary legal documents in all aspects of corporate transactional law, including entity formation and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and securities work.  Jamie also monitors and files corporate renewals and registrations locally and nationally. In addition, Jamie helps manage clients’ trademark applications and renewals processes, within Florida and the United States.

Jamie has over thirty years of experience in large, full-service law firms, and nearly two decades of experience in corporate law. Additionally, her background in Real Estate transactional work allows Jamie to assist clients throughout the life cycle of their business.
