Julianne Vosika serves as the Director of Human Resources at Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe where she leads the firm’s human resources strategy and supports the recruitment, development, and retention of attorneys and staff. Julianne works closely with firm leadership to help foster a collaborative workplace culture grounded in professionalism, respect, teamwork, and commitment to the community.

With extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, and organizational development, Julianne oversees the full employee lifecycle and helps ensure the firm remains an exceptional place to work. She is passionate about creating an environment where employees can grow professionally while feeling supported personally. Julianne partners with managers and firm leadership on coaching, employee engagement, and strategic workforce initiatives that align with the firm’s commitment to excellent client service and a strong internal culture. Her work reflects a thoughtful, people-centered approach focused on supporting both employees and the continued success of the firm.

Originally from Colorado, Julianne enjoys regularly traveling back to visit family and friends and spending time in the mountains. She is committed to volunteer work, values giving back to the community, and is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
