Bio

Mark Rabinowitz is a Board-Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney with decades of experience guiding clients through complex and high-stakes divorce, custody, and financial matters. As a Shareholder at ZKS, he represents individuals facing significant personal and financial transitions, often involving business ownership, asset protection, and custody issues.

Mark’s clients have included physicians, attorneys, CEOs, professional athletes, and other high-net-worth individuals. His practice frequently involves coordinating with forensic accountants, business valuators, and child-related experts to develop strategic, results-driven legal solutions.

He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Brevard and Seminole Counties before transitioning into criminal defense, where he handled serious felony cases, including multiple death penalty trials. Since the 1980s, his focus has been exclusively on family law.

Mark has played a leading role in advancing family law in Florida. He served on the Florida Bar’s Marital and Family Law Certification Committee for six years, where he helped write and grade the board certification exam. He also chaired the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and was a member of the Family Law Rules Committee.

At ZKS, Mark values working alongside attorneys across disciplines—including estate planning, tax, and corporate law—to effectively support clients with multifaceted legal needs during divorce or separation.

Outside his practice, Mark enjoys deep-sea fishing and spending time with his wife of over 50 years, their three children, and seven grandchildren.
