Ryan S. Fojo is an associate at Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of business disputes and brings extensive courtroom and litigation experience to his work.

Ryan has significant experience managing cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling hearings and trials. Prior to joining ZKS, he served as the lead attorney for an Orlando office of a civil litigation firm, where he oversaw case strategy, managed client relationships, and handled matters throughout the Middle District of Florida. His experience also includes appellate advocacy, with briefing and oral argument work in Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and filings in federal appellate courts.

Earlier in his career, Ryan spent more than a decade with a national bankruptcy firm, where he managed high-volume caseloads, advised clients on complex financial matters, negotiated settlements, and supervised legal staff. This background gives him a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolving disputes and guiding clients through challenging legal issues.

Ryan is fluent in both English and Spanish.
