Susan “Sue” Schwarting is a Paralegal in the Trusts and Estates department. Sue facilitates all phases of trusts and probate administration; meeting with clients, trustees, and their family members to prepare deeds, asset statements, fiduciary reports, probate pleadings, and estate and gift tax returns. She also assists in litigation of contested estates.

Sue has been a Florida Registered Paralegal through the Florida Bar for nearly three decades. Her extensive legal experience, combined with her previous experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and title work, allows Sue to effectively guide clients through the estates and probate process.
