In Memory of Terence “Terry” F. Brennan April 10, 1948 – October 31, 2025 ZKS is saddened to share the passing of our colleague and friend, Terence “Terry” F. Brennan, who served as Of Counsel at Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe. Terry was a gifted corporate and technology transactions attorney whose wisdom, humor, and compassion shaped our firm and inspired all who knew him. Terry’s decades-long legal career spanned top law firms, corporate leadership roles, and his own practice. He was a dedicated advisor, mentor, and community leader, who gave generously to organizations like UCF’s Incubation Program and the Veterans Entrepreneurship Initiative. Outside of work, Terry cherished time with his family, cheering on his grandson’s baseball games and enjoying the arts, sports, and spirited legal debate. Terry’s integrity and warmth leave a lasting legacy at ZKS LAW and beyond. We extend our deepest sympathies to Terry’s beloved family.
