Bio

With a distinguished career spanning corporate, intellectual property, and technology transactions, Terence “Terry” Brennan brings decades of experience advising clients at every stage of the business continuum. He offers practical and creative assistance to public, private, and emerging growth companies in all forms of corporate and technology transactions, including private equity and venture financings,  manufacturing and healthcare technology matters,  mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and roll-ups, and intellectual property matters.

In addition to having been a partner at two prominent national law firms, Terry has served as Vice President and General Counsel of a major healthcare technology company and as senior counsel to an international publishing company. In this respect, Terry offers clients a practical and cost-effective perspective on the delivery of legal services.

At ZKS, Terry appreciates the firm’s collaborative environment and the values it upholds. He enjoys working alongside his accomplished colleagues and contributing his experience to the firm’s corporate practice. When Terry is not working, he enjoys walking,  jazz, theater, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and grandchildren. As a lifelong sports fan and former modestly talented marathoner and rugby player, he values the discipline and strategic thinking that both athletics and the legal profession demand.
